After launching the beta service of 5G connectivity in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Varanasi, now the popular telecom operator of the country Jio has announced to launch its 5G service in Rajasthan from October 22 which means today.
It is officially announced that the 5G service will be available in Shrinathji temple in Nathdwara town. The new announcement will enable the users of the town to enjoy the next generation 5G connectivity and it is worth mentioning that the same is currently in the beta stage.
You cannot able to use 5G service immediately because the smartphone brands need to unlock 5G with a new OTA update and various brands have promised to roll out the same in the coming weeks.
Jio offers its 5G service on standalone Network and you are not required to upgrade the existing SIM card to enjoy the new 5G connectivity on your 5G enabled smartphone.
Apart from Jio, Airtel is also offering 5G service in the country and the operator is offering its services 8 cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Siliguri, Nagpur, Varanasi, and Hyderabad.
