The Chinese electronics giant Lenovo has announced its new Lenovo 500 USB Type C Universal Dock and Lenovo Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo. The new universal dock is capable of ramping up the data speed when connected via a USB-C cable and the same offers up to 10Gbps from two ports.
Lenovo 500 USB-C Universal Dock is capable to work with any Type-C laptop and the device is featuring a compact and simple white chassis. It is also featuring a Display port, an HDMI port, two USB-A ports, and a PC-in Type C port. Lenovo will be announcing the product during the upcoming CES 2023 event.
Lenovo has also introduced its Lenovo Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo, the company says that up to 65% of the materials which is used to make the devices are recovered ocean-bound plastics.
The newly announced Lenovo wireless keyboard and mouse is powered by the same 2.4 GHz dongle and can manage up to three connections at the same time. The keyboard is coming with a 420mAh Lithium-Ion Polymer rechargeable battery and it can offer service up to 3 months on a single charge. While the wireless mouse features four programmable buttons and enables on-the-fly DPI change.
The optical sensor has a maximum DPI of 4,000 and the device can track practically any surface. It is coming with a 380mAh Lithium Ion Polymer rechargeable battery and it can offer up to 3 months on a full charge. Both devices charge via a USB-C port which is convenient.
The mouse’s left and right-click buttons can withstand up to 10 million clicks. The devices are supporting Windows Swift Pair, Bluetooth 5.1, and Bluetooth LE.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the keyboard and mouse will be available for purchase for EUR 79 and you can able to purchase the devices from July next year.
