According to the source, the new version of the Google Play Store has an option called the ‘Theme’ and that will allow users to enable the theme according to the preference even if the device is running in a different mode. For instance, if you have assigned the dark mode in the system setting and selected light theme in the Google Play Store then the application will be forced to the light theme and vice versa.
Currently, there is no information about the availability of the feature.
