Now the search engine giant Google has made a significant change by announcing that the Android TV and Google TV will require apps to be bundled in the Android App Bundle (AAB) format and that means Google is retiring the existing APK format.
It is also revealed that the new change will need to be implemented from May 2023 which means it will be implemented during the Google I/O 2023 event. It is claimed that users are less likely to delete AAB programs because these kinds of applications with enable users to archive.
This is also help users to save storage by 60 percent. Moreover, the AAB apps are also smaller, faster, more current, and superior. This will also help the company to eliminate the alternatives of its own app store.
