Microsoft is working hard to reduce the gap between other operating systems as the company work really well to reduce the gap between the Windows operating system and the Android operating system with its Phone Link application and the company is also working very closely with Samsung to offer some exclusive features on Samsung Galaxy smartphones as well.
Now it is reported that the Windows operating system is getting iCloud integration support for its stock Photos app and the same will be available via a new update. It is believed that the update will be available to all users of Windows 11 by the end of this month.
It is said that the new update will feature integration between Microsoft and Apple to enable users to link an iCloud Photos library to the built-in Windows Photos app across their Windows 11 devices.
To get the feature you guys need to update the Microsoft Photos app from the Microsoft Store to the latest version and then install the iCloud for Windows app from the Store as well. After that, you can able to sign in to the iCloud client and select photos or libraries that you want to sync with the Microsoft Photos app automatically.
It is worth mentioning that Microsoft is also working with Apple to bring a similar setup with Apple TV and Apple Music.
