Welcome everyone to another round of ‘Best of 2022’ by TechnoBugg. Today’s topic is about picking out Best 5 Neckbands launched this year. Now before we dive into the list, one thing which you all need to know is the scenario of neckbands in India. It’s a cluttered market in India. You get a variety of choices from a lot of brands but only few are worth for even a try. Many brands just rebrand their last year’s successful neckband and sell it with a slightly different name. So it’s a bit tricky to pick out best neckbands that are launched in 2022.
Also, neckband is a category which is not seen much in a premium market like wireless headphones or earbuds. And I would suggest that neckbands are best for those who need to take a lot of calls, and need a great battery life compared to earbuds. Basically if your job requires a lot of local traveling or contacting tons of people, neckbands are best for you. Now without any further delay, let’s look at the Best 5 Neckbands launched in 2022.
-
OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2:
Without any doubt this neckband deserves to get placed on 1st spot. OnePlus is seriously killing with their audio products than smartphones from past few years. The OG Bullet Wireless Z were the all-time hit, and this Bullets Wireless Z2 maintains that level. OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 has 12.4mm Drivers which offers great balanced bass. It has AI Noise Cancellation that works during the call, to give a clear sound to the opposite side. It has up to 30 hours of battery life with fast charging option. The design is also very great, it’s very comfortable and users can wear it for many hours. For protection it has IP55 rating for water resistance.
-
OPPO Enco M32:
Both the sister companies are making some really great audio products recently, as OPPO’s Enco M32 is just inches away from the first spot. This is also a successor to last year’s Enco M31, which was a great success for OPPO. The M31 lacked in one area i.e. battery life. But it’s resolved in M32 and now it has a great battery life of up to 20 hours with fast charging. The 10mm drivers gives good bass with clear sound. These are very comfortable to wear as well. This one also has IP55 rating. In comparison to the OnePlus Bullet Z2, it just have slightly low mids and the build quality don’t look as premium as OnePlus. Otherwise it’s a great set to buy even now.
-
DIZO Wireless Active:
At this spot we have this budget oriented neckband, the DIZO Wireless Active. It is the cheapest neckband in our list and brings a great value for the price. It comes with big 11.2mm drivers with good bass and pretty decent sound balance compared to the competition in similar price range. It offers 23 hours of battery life with fast charging support. It has some great features like magnetic connection, splash resistance, noise cancellation for calls, and Bluetooth 5.3 support. The build quality also looks good and durable enough for regular usage. I don’t think there are any other set in this price point which offer these specs at this quality.
-
realme Buds Wireless 2S:
This is the 4th product of our list, again from the same brand family. Totally looks like BBK Electronics has captured the neckband market of India in 2022. The realme Buds Wireless 2S are the latest edition to realme’s neckband collection, which offers some very familiar specs as DIZO Wireless Active (or vice versa). Though it has some advantages like Electronic AI Noise Cancellation and Dual-Device Fast-Switching. It’s priced a bit more than DIZO, but if you are someone who can pay a bit extra for a known brand instead of its sub-brand, you can consider these without any hesitation.
-
boAt Rockerz 333 ANC:
Now finally, we have something on our list which is not backed by same parent company. These pair of boAt Rockerz 333 ANC are one of the cheapest neckband to offer Active Noise Cancellation. It has a separate DIRAC Opteo chip for more crystal clear sound. The build quality seems rigid with braided cables and good quality materials. Though I would suggest that if you are someone who want more clarity than Bass, then these are not for you. The battery life it is offering is 24 hours along with fast charging. It is equipped with Bluetooth 5.2 as well.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. According to you guys, which is the best neckband launched in 2022? Let us know in the comment section below. And do checkout more Best of 2022 lists as well.
