After announcing the stable version of Android 11 mobile operating system which is the latest version of Android Smartphones and now the Mountain View company Google has launched the lite version of the same and that is meant for the smartphones with low-end specifications and it will be called Android 11 (Go edition).
Well, this is not the first time, the company is rolling out the lite version of its mobile operating system, as we already familiar with the same setup and if you are unaware, then it will come with optimized software for the low-end Smartphones and provide a better User experience along with the other similar features which you can find on the regular version of the mobile operating system.
Speaking about the latest Android 11 (Go edition), it is coming with many improvements along with the new features and elements. It is also coming with more Optimisation and the same will provide an amazing experience for the users of the smartphone with low specifications.
Having said that, till now Google offered the lite version of its mobile operating system for the devices with 1GB of RAM but this year the scenario has changed and the search engine giant will offer the lite version of its mobile operating system for the smartphones with up to 2GB of RAM.
Similar to the regular version of the Android 11 operating system, the Android 11 (Go edition) is also coming with grouped notifications for chat apps and one-time permissions for the camera, microphone, and location.
Furthermore, the company is also claiming that the latest version of the operating system can able to provide 20 percent faster app launches and the same is also coming with a swipe-based gesture navigation system.
That’s not all, the developers of the operating system have also added a security feature and that is Safe Folders which lets you protect sensitive files with a 4-digit PIN inside the Google Files app.
