The newly announced MediaTek Pentonic 1000 chip is the latest flagship TV processor and the same is coming with 4K resolution along with a 120Hz refresh rate.
It is also supporting WiFi 66E, MEMC technology for smoother video, Dolby Vision IQ with Precesision Detail, and 8 screen Intelligent View.
The MediaTek Pentonic 1000 SoC features a “multicore CPU” along with a dual core GPU, an APU, and video decoding engines as well. It is also capable to offer VRR up to 4K 144Hz for gaming.
It can also offer an Auto Low Latency Mode or ALLM, and the same can offer improved gaming experience. It is supporting playback options including AV1, HEVC, VP9, and even VVC or H.266.
