JioBook the first ever laptop of the telecom giant the Reliance Jio and the device is making noise for the past couple of months. It is expected to be announced very soon in the market of India, as the device was allegedly spotted on the Indian certification agency. The upcoming device is spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards and it is also confirmed that there are three variants. Apart from that, the certification listing does not provide any other information about the upcoming laptop but we already have a decent amount of information through the leak in the past.
It is expected that the upcoming laptop will be based on a forked Android build that could be dubbed JioOS, we can safely assume that the operating system will bring a suit of Jio apps.
The upcoming JioBook is also tipped to arrive with 4G LTE support and the device is believed to feature a display with 1,366×768 pixels resolution and the laptop will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC, along with Snapdragon X12 4G modem. The laptop is believed to have 2/4GB of LPDDR4x RAM as well as 32/64GB of eMMC storage.
Regarding the connectivity of options, the upcoming JioBook will offer a mini HDMI connector, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. It is also said to have a three-axis accelerometer and a Qualcomm audio chip.
