After losing in the smartphone industry, LG is all set to come back with a new strategy, and for that, the brand is gearing up to launch a new device called LG Velvet and that will be a mid-range smartphone, we already have a decent idea about the upcoming device. Well, today the South Korean company shared official renders along with more specification details of the device.
The upcoming LG Velvet will feature a 6.8 inch display with a 20.5:9 ratio and the company names it as Cinema FullView display, and the same will also offer a notch. The upcoming smartphone will sport stereo speakers with the earpiece doubling as a speaker. LG will also offer the “AI Sound” technology which will automatically adapt the sound according to the content – whether it is games, videos, or something else.
Speaking about the camera department, the upcoming LG Velvet will feature a triple rear camera setup and that will be in the population of a 48 megapixel primary sensor with pixel binning technology followed by an 8 megapixel ultra-wide and a 5 megapixel depth sensor. The device will also support the ASMR recording feature which will allow utilizing two high-performance microphones for vivid sounds.
The device will also come with 4,300 mAh battery with 30W fast charging technology and 10W wireless charging support, the device will also support the 5G connectivity. Furthermore, it will also support LG dual-screen and LG Stylus Pen accessories and both of them will be sold separately.
