Now the company is all set to bring a special edition of the top model of the smartphone series.
It is officially confirmed that the company will bring the Realme 9 Pro+ Free Fire Edition in the market and we can expect special design and different colouring set up on the upcoming special edition smartphone.
The company did not reveal any other information about the upcoming special edition smartphone but it seems that the company has joined its hands with the gaming developers at an awkward time as the Indian government has recently banned the Battle Royale game along with some other applications in the country.

Realme 9 Pro+ features a 6.4-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution along with a punch-hole setup on the top of the screen. It is also featuring a 20:9 aspect ratio along with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection as well as a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 920 mobile processor along with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU and up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Talking about the storage, the device is coming with up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage.
Speaking about the camera department, the latest Realme 9 Pro+ features a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor, with an f/1.8 lens that supports optical image stabilisation (OIS) followed by an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 sensor with an f/2.2 ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. It is worth mentioning that the primary sensor of the smartphone is coming with a proprietary ProLight Imaging Technology and that is meant to provide better photography in low lighting conditions. The sensor will increase the pixel size from one micron to two that is rated to increase light intake by 50 percent and the device is also featuring AI Noise Reduction Engine 3.0. On the front, the smartphone features a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 selfie camera sensor with an f/2.4 lens. It is also featuring a Clear Fusion algorithm and the company says that this particular feature will help capture well-lit selfies even in low-light.
Regarding the connectivity options, the device supports 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, USB-Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device also features an in-display fingerprint sensor along with the traditional security options. The device also supports a heart rate sensor. The company says that the feature will provide information like heart rate detection and recording along with eight different heart-rate scene labels – General, Working, Exercise, Resting; Excited, Stressed, Full of energy, and Sleepless.
The device also features dual speakers and the same is tuned by Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio. The phone packs a 4,500mAh battery along with 60W SuperDart fast charging and the device runs on Android 12 out-of-the-box with Realme UI 3.0 on top.
