1. Government Bans 59 Chinese Apps Including TikTok
As the recent tension between the Indian government and the Chinese government rises, the Government of India has decided to ban apps made in China. There are 59 apps on the list that will be banned from use in the subcontinent of India. The government has cited concerns for the privacy of users using these apps as the reason for the ban. This decision will block the usage of apps on internet-connected devices as well as offline. Some of the notable apps in the list of apps to be banned include TikTok which enjoys 611 million downloads in India alone. 2. OnePlus Nord Details Leaked
OnePlus is getting ready to enter the mid-range segment with a new smartphone. Along with confirming many details including the official name Nord, the company also leaked other specifications. The OnePlus Nord will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G and will support 5G connectivity. This is also confirmed by the chip vendor, Qualcomm. They also leaked the selfie setup of the Nord and teased that the phone will have dual selfie cameras. It will also have the alert slider from OnePlus flagships. 3. JioMeet Video Conferencing App Launched
Reliance Jio announced its new video conferencing app called JioMeet and at that time the same was available for a limited number of users, as it was in the beta stage. Well, today the company has launched it officially across the country and the application comes with the support of up to 100 participants. The brand new JioMeet will available across all the platforms which means the same will available on Windows, Mac, Android as well as iOS users, and the service will also available on the popular browsers like Chrome and Firefox. 4. Realme Tipped To Launch New Phone In India Next Week
Back in March this year, Realme launched a new smartphone called Realme 6i and the same was introduced in the market of India as the new Realme Narzo 10 but now we got a new piece of information which suggests that the company is all set to launch a new smartphone in the market of India next week and that will be dubbed as Realme 6i which will be the rebranded version of the 6s. The poster of the upcoming smartphone spotted at a retail store in India and the same confirms the name of the smartphone along with a few specifications and it also confirms that the device will available in two colour choices – black and white. The report also says that the company will launch the device next week in India.

5. OnePlus Launches U-Series and Y-Series TV in India
After a lot of campaign and teasing, OnePlus has launched two new OnePlus TVs in India. They are part of the newly launched OnePlus TV U Series and Y Series. Starting with the OnePlus Y Series TVs are available in two sizes. Y-Series TVs come in a 32-inch screen with HD resolution having 1,366 x 768 pixels resolution and the other model comes with 43-inch with Full-HD resolution having 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. The U-Series OnePlus TV has a single model with a 55-inch screen. It is an Ultra-HD TV, having a 4K resolution with 3840 x 2160 pixels.
OnePlus has priced the models very aggressively. The OnePlus TV Y-Series start at Rs. 12,999 for the 32-inch variant, and at Rs. 22,999 for the 43-inch variant. While the OnePlus TVU-Series starts at Rs. 49,999. The company has announced the sale will start on July 5. They will be available on Amazon India and via offline retail stores.
