It is powered by an octa-core in-house Exynos 9611 processor along with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU for the graphical task and up to 4/6GB of LPDDR4x RAM. In terms of storage, the device comes with 64 GB and 128 GB of internal storage and that can be expandable up to 512 GB via MicroSD card.
