Back in last week, we came across the reports which suggested that the United States added Huawei to its ‘Entity List’, and this will lead the US-based companies to stop business with the Chinese brand Huawei. Well, now we got a new report which says the Mountain View company has already stopped it’s dealing with the Chinese brand.
According to the source, Google has stopped its business with Huawei and this will stop providing the hardware and software products under the open source license, and this means the future Huawei devices will not have the permission to access Google services such as Gmail, Play Store, and more. The source also says that the specific service were still being discussed internally at Google, which means we can expect to hear more about the same in the coming days.
The Chinese brand can still use the Android operating system on their devices but they cannot able to give access to the important services of Google and this will definitely be going to shake the entire business of the Huawei smartphones. Furthermore, the new move may also prevent existing Huawei devices from updating apps and software, as the updates cannot be the re-certified for Google Play store access and this will definitely increase the security issues.
