The search engine giant Google has introduced its latest and greatest flagship smartphone series a couple of hours ago dubbed the Google Pixel 7 series and the company has introduced the flagship smartphone series in the market of India after a long gap. The devices are getting good response as the pre booking units of the devices are now out of stock on Flipkart.
Having said that, the search engine giant Google has introduced the devices in the country with up to 21% increased pricing than in the United States. The pricing of the Google Pixel 7 starts at ₹59,999 and the Pixel 7 Pro retails at ₹84,999. The Pro model is available in the United States at USD 899 which means you can able to purchase the devices in India at up to 21 percent costlier.
Now the reason behind this include a number of factors, including local taxes and customs duties. via Google can only reduce the pricing of its devices by manufacturing the devices in the country.
The cost can be justified with the features and capabilities of the new devices but still we are paying more than the actual value of the devices. We believe that the authorities will make some changes in this scenario to offer the devices at its original value and we would like to know your thoughts about the same in the comments section below.
