Recently, we came across the Geekbench listing for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and the benchmarking website revealed that the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile processor with an overclocked CPU. Now we got a new piece of information which is saying that the company will be using an exclusive high-frequency version of the chipset and the same will offer an overclocked GPU as well for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 series.
It was revealed that the Samsung-exclusive Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chips are 3.36GHz for the prime core along with 2.80GHz for the performance cores and 2.02GHz for the efficiency cores.
Now the newly reported information is revealing more news regarding the Samsung-exclusive chipset and it is reported that the chipset will also feature an overclocked GPU. The source says that the Adreno 740 GPU on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 series will be clocked at 719 MHz and it is worth mentioning that the regular variant of the chipset is having the 680 MHz.
