It is said that he is not willing to purchase Twitter because the company didn’t follow some important points of the agreement. Elon Musk has also said that Twitter didn’t provide information about the fake accounts on the platform.
On the other hand, Twitter’s chairman, Bret Taylor, said on the micro-blogging platform that the board planned to pursue legal action to enforce the merger agreement.
