The popular Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has finally revealed the launching date of the new Vivo smartphone series dubbed Vivo S16 series and the same will include the vanilla model along with S16 Pro as well as S16e. It is officially confirmed that the upcoming Vivo S16, S16 Pro, and S16e smartphones will be official in the market of China on December 22.
The upcoming Vivo S16 Pro smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 mobile processor. It is also revealed that there will be launching the device with 12GB of RAM on the board but we believe that the device will also have either 8 or 6 GB of RAM models as well. The device will be running on Android 13 out of the box.
It is reported that the upcoming Vivo S16 will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display along with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 870 mobile processor along with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.
Speaking about the camera department, it is reported that the device will feature a 50-megapixel front facing camera while the back panel of the device will feature a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It is expected to house a 4,600mAh battery with 66W fast charging.
On the other hand, the Vivo S16e is reported to feature a 6.62-inch AMOLED display along with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is reported that the device will be powered by the Samsung Exynos 1080 chipset along with up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.
It is also expected to feature a 16-megapixel front facing camera while the back panel of the device will be accommodating a 50-megapixel primary camera and a pair of 2-megapixel cameras for depth and macro lens. The device is also said to arrive with a 4,600mAh battery along with 66W rapid charging. Both devices will be featuring an under-display fingerprint sensor and NFC. The devices are expected to run on Android 13 out of the box.
